A majority of computer repairs don't require any new parts. However, if after we've diagnosed the problem, we find that parts are required. We'll let you know. You can either buy the part(s), or we will do so for you--with your authorization and bill them to you.
Once you're a member of Triton's PC Protection, you can either bring your computer in to our center in Grand Rapids, or send it to us by either U.S mail or your favorite carrier. Please remember to pack your computer carefully with enough packing and insure it to ensure safe delivery. Most repairs are completed within 2-4 days. Afterwards, we'll box your system up and get it back to you ($20 shipping charge applies for UPS delivered computers).
